Norges Roforbund ønsker at Norge skal være et foregangforbund for integrering av para-utøvere med et likeverdig tilbud med mestrings- og idrettsglede for alle. De har som mål å få flere aktive pararoere i Norge, med både bredde- og talentutviklling. Norges Roforbund har en ordning med utlån av materiell til pararoere: 15 båter og 10 Concept II roseter som fordeles over landet etter behov.
